Bought my son a welder for his 16th birthday. Needed supplies, so I stopped by metroplex welding with a bunch of stupid questions. Told Jason what I needed, and ask what should I get. There's a lot of choices when buying supplies for welding. And I certainly do not know what was the best option. He told me what I needed, and what I didn't need. Terrible customer service, I'm in an emergency and I try to go up there to do a legitimate exchange and then they give me some BS excuse when I get there that my tank is out of date which it is not. Then he tries to peel the sticker off indicating that it has a dip tube on it... these guys are freaking joke do not use the suppliers I would highly recommend Linde Supply. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. They will help you out in any way they can. The service department was great at fixing my machine and Robert passed on a lot of information. Will always return to this store for anything welding related.
