Please do not choose any Metroplains Properties for residence. I am a former tenant of a place they used to manage- and multiple neighbors of mine and myself have experienced problem after problem with them from unprofessional behaviors (ie rude, being hung up on when bringing a concern to them, being laughed at when voicing concern), to untimely, much needed repairs, to bring lied to about things they said they did. Kristin & Grace are amazing! Not only do they take maintenance requests they come & do it themselves when needed. They go above & beyond. I've never been treated like a queen before, it's nice! My neighbors are fabulous too!
