Tried to contact grand forks office for a week about available apartments and no one got back to me. I am VERY frustrated. I called the fargo office, got transferred and the lady who answered was RUDE! I asked to speak to someone else and they HUNG UP ON ME!
Went to the office multiple times and NO ONE is ever there! I have left kristen and evin voicemails and they NEVER get back to you!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
Extremely confusing and not helpful. Do not recommend unless you wanna lose your money.
