Roman assisted me this afternoon was very helpful and professional. Explained that he could do a factory reset on my phone, but couldn't guarantee that the phone would work again. Didn't try to pressure me into switching phones, but did show me several. Thanks.
Customer service was A+. I went in to switch carriers. We picked out the cell phone plan I wanted. Then I was eligible for a new phone. Everything was transfered without a hitch. Thanks so much T-Mobile.
Every time I come into the store on bluff I am greeted with respect. They treat my mum and I very well. I truly appreciate how well all of the workers treat us. I am completely satisfied with how well I am treated. And I do believe that out of all the other phone companies I have been to because of the workers at this store makes it by far the best phone company I have ever been with.
