Pratik is top notch!! He made my unfamiliar renting experience in NYC a breeze. He was very attentive and polite each time I called with questions. The move-in experience was rather easy and the apartment is just perfect- clean and in a great location. We will definitely be renting from Metronest again, and I will be highly recommending Pratik and Metronest to all my friends!!
We rented an apartment from this company in 2012. The apartment was so clean, completely free of pests, incredibly well-managed, and in a fabulous location for our daughters. They had the most wonderful four months, because of their safe haven there. At the end of the summer, we gave the apartment a good cleaning (because that is what good tenants do) and we were so happy to receive our full damage deposit back.
