The best Doctor and team
I don’t know what is going on with this Metromed Urgent Care, but I have tried to come here five different times for myself, my kids, and my husband, (because I really like Dr. Beckwith ), and every single time the lady at the front desk tells us our insurance doesn’t work. This is ridiculous because our insurance works perfectly at other urgent care clinics—even on the same day! I'm a 50 year old man with diabetes for 45 of those years. Dr. Beckwith and her staff are polite professional and on point. Dr. Beckweth is amazing. She's helped me a lot. I can't say enough good things.
The Doctors are good and the personnel inside the clinic. But I wonder why they keep hiring person like the lady they have on the front desk. I don't even know her name but she is very rude, has no customer service skills, beside making you feel welcomed she makes the patient feel better not to be there. it looks like she has forgotten that she is working on place where people is coming sick and that she needs to be gentle even if is someone who she doesn't match with.
