I was running low on a prescription, and as I would do normally to refill it, I messaged in the app to my provider. I didn't hear from the provider, so I messaged again, then I messaged a different provider. I called, and I was told it would be filled. I called again and again. Eventually, I showed up to the office, and they said my provider had left the office (with no notification to me about this) it would be filled by the end of the week. And guess what? It wasn't. I’ve tried to make an appointment with my provider for a month now! No response from any of the staff! Phone numbers are disconnected and voicemail is full. I also stopped by in person and the clinic never opened though hours are from 9-5. This is completely neglectful to patients who pay a premium!!! I’ve also not gotten any update on how we can obtain and transfer our patient records?! Where is our data and is it still protected?!
Was a long time patient here since 2015/16. I've rode with them through a number of staffing changes but this last year in particular has been an administrative nightmare. Navigating critical health needs with zero response. Seems as though MH has now shut down but there was no outreach to patients or transparency around what was going down, just complete neglect. Irresponsible and dangerous. If you are waiting to hear back, please find a new medical team.
