I can't state enough about how bad customer service is and how expensive they are. I'm truly saddened by there LACK of care factor and the cost they charge. I even gave them a second chance not a 3rd. Shame on me
Dr. Kim and staff were amazing... especially in a scary situation. She was direct, yet calming, thorough, yet talked in layman’s terms. She even personally called after my surgery. I highly recommend her and staff!!
They were very nice and professional. The doc explained everything he was doing. This was first visit to this firm and I will be returning with follow up treatment
