I was greatly disappointed in everything from my first phone call where I inquired about an appointment. I was asked what my concern was in which I stated it was the bags under my eyes. I was told the consultation would cost $125.00 and if I chose to have the procedure done the $125.00 would be applied to a procedure. I was also told the procedure could be done after the consultation, in office. I was examined by Dr. Alfred, she told me what could be done without surgery and we talked about filling in the lines of my top lip... read more
RecommendedI just had a squamous cell cancer removed. Everyone there is very nice and Dr Neckman explained everything very thoroughly and talked to me while doing the procedure to relax me. She even called the next day to check on me.
