The store itself is very confusing - first time I walked in it was on the "employee" side, and nobody was there to help us, or point in the right direction. Second the building itself is a huge failure in terms of "Car sales" design. The warehouse that is attached on the side is 2 cars wide, and there are at least 30 parked in the way back; so if you want to test drive a vehicle, they'll have to move 15+ cars to get yours out, and down the ramp (hopefully they don't scrape anything important on the way down) There's animals ... read more

I had a smooth and overall satisfying experience here at Metrocrest. I called and paid to reserve the truck. They were completely forward and did not try to push me out the door with just any old vehicle. They took care of me, and I will definitely do business with them in the future.

My experience with Metrocrest Sales has been Awesome!!! Rob was Great, Everyone was Great. The owner was involved. I didn't think they could get me financed with my credit but they did!! Very friendly, family like atmosphere. I have never had an auto buying experience like this. Will definitely be back.
