This is truly the worst company I have worked with. On both occasions they lied about the time frame multiple times. They assured us they would arrive at a specific time when I gave them a second chance. Medication that was needed to transport and could only be administered once was given based on them assuring us they would be on time. After multiple calls involving supervisors they finally arrived 2.5 hrs late once the medication was no longer working. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE.
