Accepted a Lyft request. Lyft said they were 12 minutes away, but after 10 minutes hadn't moved. I called and they said their driver was actually 40 minutes out, and Lyft uses their call center as the driver location in the app. Be careful! They shouldn't be setting location that way!

Mariko was great today on the way back from the Portland VA hospital to Vancouver. She was kind to another patient stuck in the appointment area and helped him get where he was going while we ran a bit late, and was very perceptive and great to talk to on the ride to our destination. We hope we get her as a driver again in the future. Thank you again, Mariko!
Metro West is the best! they the dispatchers take their job seriously and do a great job to get the ambulance crew there as fast as possible. Thank You Metro West dispatchers and first responder crews!
Thank you Metro West, I am coming up to my 7 year anniversary after my traumatic accident. Took me two years to learn to walk small distances and talk right. If not for the split second decisions they made on that day, I would have died in just minutes! I can not thank your paramedics enough for saving my life.
So thankful that the team was close by cooks park yesterday to help take care of a family member! Thanks for keeping my great granddaughters safe during this time as well!
