I love everything about Metro! When I bought my car in November, both Dean and Zeb were fantastic to work with. I’ve called Dean multiple times with questions (it’s my first hybrid car), and he’s always been helpful and patient with me. Since then, I’ve been absolutely loving my new Prius and the free car washes. The quick service guys and gals have always treated me wonderfully and are very speedy. Lastly, a shout out to technicians, Kurtis and Tailer, who I know are incredibly knowledgeable and awesome at their jobs.
Metro had what I wanted and they’re great to work with. No pressure sales and the team is friendly and personable.
We dealt with Bob, and can't think of any part of our dealings with him, or ANYONE at Metro, that could be improved. We had done a ton of research and expected to buy in Grand Rapids, but were extremely unhappy with the lack of honesty we encountered at a Toyota dealer here. In the big scheme of things, a drive to Kalamazoo seemed worthwhile. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
