Got ripped off. Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation that was supposed to be covered by my warranty. They said it wasn’t so I paid out of pocket. They then said I needed additional services, not covered by warranty, that I didn’t actually need. I ended up paying $400 out of pocket. RecommendedAfter an initial problem, Metro resolved it better than any dealer I’ve ever dealt with. They definitely won me over and proved they are extremely customer oriented. I just purchased a 2022 Tacoma pickup with Connor as my sales contact. My first brand new purchase. Connor was helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions and concerns quickly and in a professional manner. Brought my 2016 RX350 in because my driver door would not unlock from the outside. Instead of going to Harvey Lexus, I decided to let Metro fix it instead. Big mistake. Brought my car there a few days ago.. i knew what the problem was the minute we got it towed there. we where told many lies saying it was fixed and was promised to have it back fixed 2 days ago and i still don’t have my car!! the salesman there are very nice. but i dont appreciate being lied to!! highly don’t recommend
