I live approximately an hour away, and was emailing/speaking with their sales rep. I made an offer for the vehicle I want, but they wouldn't accept, decline, or counter on that offer unless I was willing to give them a non refundable deposit, or drive the hour to talk in person. First time I've ever made an offer to purchase a vehicle and not at least received a rejection from it. Would not recommend.

Excellent service, everyone is easy to work with. I love my 2018 Highlander and very happy with Metro Toyota.
They only had 3 of the 4 Michelin tires I needed so they offered me 1 that had 20 miles on it. Hope I made the right decision.

The sales people are great! Personable and knowledgeable and so very helpful! The service department is Top notch! The staff goes above and beyond to help and explain everything. If you have to wait for work done on your car, this is the place, the time goes quickly!
