Purchased a used 2014 Toyota Tacoma over the weekend. Working with CAP during the process was one of the better vehicle buying experiences I have had. He was patient and answered my questions on the various vehicles that I was driving. He was also very busy that day, but didn't make me feel as if I was in the way.
Metro Toyota and my sales guy CAP did a great job. CAP is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with, and was able to provide detailed engineering comparisons between Toyota and its competitors. Yesterday we bought a Toyota Camary 2016 with the help of Edgar Arevalo. Edger was very helpful throughout the process. He made it easy, and provide us all the information we needed. Even though the store was closed at 6. He remained there untill 7 just to assist us on everything while everyone else was gone! I will recomend this dealer to everyone who want to get the best deals and very helpful employees. Thanks guys, and keep the good work.
I was in the market for a certified pre-owned car, and metro had a 2014 corolla that my wife and I loved. Cap was so helpful and nice throughout the process, I never felt like I was being worked or lied to. We made the purchase and have no regrets--we will definitely be back!
