Wow! Kimberly is awesome! She was able to help us rent a unit that was right by the loading area. She has great energy and customer service! If you need any help or storage needs … get ahold of Kimberly at storage mart buf.grove but she blessed us in Vernon Hills! She was a one of a kind!
Tom did the best on my experience and was super friendly to show me anything i needed! Very good storage unit with coll guy by the desk😉
Great experience here. Facility was clean, had no issues over the time I had my things stored here. Customer service here was amazing, Tom was super helpful and answered questions promptly, respectfully, and was very accessible. Would definitely use this location again.
Property Manager was very nice and helpful!
