Att hired this company to do work in my neighborhood to prepare for Fiber but immediately after they left I have a leak in my front yard. The guy they sent back out said it was a "coincidence" I had no leaks prior or they wouldn't have done the work is what I was told. Now they are refusing to fix the issue claiming it's a "coincidence" contacting att corporate center now because I will do everything to ensure they don't get our neighborhoods business.
Very unprofessional, poor communication. They do not return calls.
