Disgusting. All around. I'm incredibly clean due to the fact that I have a crawling 10 month old. My apt has black mold growing on the inside of every window sill in the apartment. Maint won't fix.
Maybe if you focused in GETTING RID OF YOUR BAD TENANTS (excavate the entire place) your good tenants would WANT to stay. Get your priorities in check.
Also pest control has been to my apt about 5 times in the last year and nothing has changed. Countertops STAIN BECAUSE THEY PAINTED OVER THEM WITH WHITE PAINT. Along w/ the doors, outlets, baseboards.
I found a screw in my kitchen unaware of where it went. I found out as I was loading the dishwasher it tipped forward & dishes fell out everywhere. It was held up by a piece of plywood and that screw.
You are not allowed to have an ashtray outside your door but yet you will get fined for leaving butts outside, and as I said earlier I am extremely clean so ill be damned if they end up in my house.
These people make you feel like you are inhuman. I could go on forever. We have never been late for rent but yet constantly are getting ragged on for petty things.
This place is so sub par I wouldn't stay here if you paid me. Two weeks ago we were barricaded inside because swat team was surrounding our building with guns drawn. I have never felt less safe
Glued to my TV as Will&Kate have captured my heart from the beginning so thrilled of the birth of their Prince today!
