My family has lived here almost 2 years. We are good tenants & recently had issues with our HVAC. We have been on and off without air all summer with 2 under 2 and still are currently without HVAC. Every-time maintenance came to fix the issue, it would stop working again, until about 2 weeks ago they realized they needed a piece that required another 4-6 weeks. I enjoyed my time living at Metro. While I found the application process to be somewhat difficult and frustrating, Shannon made everything smooth and easy. Whenever I had maintenance issues, they were addressed promptly, unless parts were needed, in which case, there was a short delay. Overall, I had a positive experience living there.
The apartment is very nice and the management and maintenance staff are very kind and helpful.
Something is always broke!! They take weeks to fix it. The property is very poorly taken care of. It’s very dirty and neglected. The elevator was broke for 3 weeks. They had no alternatives for those who live on the upper floors. My neighbor had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with a cane after just getting out of a wheelchair. Forget trying to grocery shop. If it’s not one thing it’s another!
I don’t live here yet but I’m so excited. Aaliyah has been so helpful and informative.
