My family has lived here almost 2 years. We are good tenants & recently had issues with our HVAC. We have been on and off without air all summer with 2 under 2 and still are currently without HVAC. Every-time maintenance came to fix the issue, it would stop working again, until about 2 weeks ago they realized they needed a piece that required another 4-6 weeks.
