My family has lived here almost 2 years. We are good tenants & recently had issues with our HVAC. We have been on and off without air all summer with 2 under 2 and still are currently without HVAC. Every-time maintenance came to fix the issue, it would stop working again, until about 2 weeks ago they realized they needed a piece that required another 4-6 weeks. I enjoyed my time living at Metro. While I found the application process to be somewhat difficult and frustrating, Shannon made everything smooth and easy. Whenever I had maintenance issues, they were addressed promptly, unless parts were needed, in which case, there was a short delay. Overall, I had a positive experience living there.
The apartment is very nice and the management and maintenance staff are very kind and helpful.
