I used to love this place. I started with Dr Ferrer but saw Libby most often. She was the best but she's gone. I went through a few NPs after her who I was happy with but they both eventually left. Then Metro OBGYN split into 2 CB offices so it got confusing as to which office my appt was. I straight up LOVE Dr Soto but finally both CB offices closed, I hate the Omaha office, and it just doesn't feel as professional as it used to. I absolutely love every single nurse, dr and office staff! They have never let me down! I had one baby with them and the experience was great, I had a major surgery and the experience was great, I highly recommend Metro Obgyn, for all babies and lady experience!!!
Expect to wait 2 hours before being seen.
