The most dishonest company I've ever met. When my wife bought her 2014 Nissan Versa still under Warranty it stated to fall apart, the console was loose, so the Metro Nissan deal insisted to sell her 2 small bolts for $64. dollars, not cents, each. The manager told her they were 'special bolts'. 4/2021 We had the oil changed and brakes changed by a professional auto shop. I saw the new brakes go on to the car. I was inquiring about a Used 2020 Nissan Kicks that they had on their website for $13,998. I called to see if it was still available and confirm the price (because I live an hour away). Susie confirmed the price, was very sweet, and set up an appointment for me to see the car the following day. Amending my review 2/29/20 in reference to 2019 Pathfinder Jason the GM called me yesterday and upon review of my documents and more lengthy detailed complaint .... took the time to work with me an resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Jason was understanding and executed a plat to both my situation and training that will take place to ensure this is avoided in the future
I inquired about a vehicle online. I got a response the following day via email. I spoke with the internet manager/salesmen. He told me vehicle sold.
