Sharing with the community a recommendation based on a positive experience with an auto repair service called Metro Motor located at 1201 Pennsylvania Ave SE, 20003. As to be expected with idle cars, I had some recent issues with the car battery. Yesterday, I brought the car to Metro Motors based on their on-line reviews. After an overall check of the car including alternator and oil quality they replaced the battery which was due. The bill was reasonable. My car needed a new battery and alternator, which could have been a huge headache to deal with, but Dontaye offered me a really fair price and got my car fixed quickly. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here whenever it needs an oil change or repair.
Had a little fender bender during my road trip, and this shop went above and beyond to help me out. They saw me the same morning I called, reassured me that everything would be okay, and got me back on the road quickly with all the right info.
