RecommendedLast Wednesday, I and my wife used their service to go to a place. The drive was good enough . I gave him some extra money for his behaviour.
Last week I made a trip through which the journey was very beautiful and many comfortable tours rate was too low.

We used Metro Limousine Service for Transportation to NYC to see the Christmas Tree.. I MUST say they where Fantastic! Our driver showed up on time and with Hot Chocolate for my kids. The Limo was a Chrysler 300 Stretch Black and was absolutely beautiful inside and out, They had a bag of mini marshmallows and A Christmas Story was playing on the TV Screens. Worst limo ride ever. Unacceptable customer service. In humane treatment of myself and my family. Dirty bus, in disrepair, speeding, uncaring driver with blasting music and no regard for human life. We were holding on to each other for fear of being thrown around the bus. Felt unsafe and freezing as the bus had no heat on the coldest night of the year . This has to be the absolute worst limo service ever. My family had booked this company for a wedding which happened to land on the coldest night on record. You would think the company would be kind enough to send a bus with WORKING HEAT, Right? NO heat in sub zero temps...speeding...blasting music (which we verbally asked him to turn off multiple times).. Just to name a few. How does a company stay in business with this kind of service?
