Very unhappy with this company. Booked a brewery tour with a party bus was sent a limo. Was told we would go to 3 breweries only 1 had our reservation! Waiting for owner to respond, will keep everyone updated!

This Brewery Tour was scheduled with a 26 Passenger Party Bus based on an original 23 People. You DID NOT rent the vehicle from us as ALL Vineyard/Brewery Tours are charged per person with minimums on the size of each vehicle. Although we did switch you to 20 passenger party bus once downgraded, that vehicle had a starting problem the day of your tour so we switched you into a 20 Passenger Cadillac Escalade as per our contract. We booked a Party Bus and the driver came 15 minutes prior to the pick up time, bus was clean and ready to go. Driver was very pleasant and assisted with our grandchildren getting into and out of the bus. We would highly recommend their service!
How can you trust a company who steals!
I booked through Metro Limousine for the first time and found it excellent. The driver came 15 minutes before pick up time which was perfect. Limo looks spotless and the overall ride was smooth too, driver made a very professional job. Communication is very high, every question on phone was answered in half minute. Fully recommended!!!
Superb service provided to me and my friends. I read some bad reviews after booking and got a bit nervous so I called them up. I was reassured that they book thousands of hired every month so it makes sense to have a few upset people (I hope I wouldn't b one of the upset ones). After all everything went really well. I had a call back from their customer services person to check all the details a few days before the event which was a huge relief. Seriously good company - I hope my review helps guys.

Very impressed with the service provided by this company. The actual booking was done by another company. At first, I didn't realize they were a booking agent. Actually, this worked out much better for us because they compared a few prices to find us the best deal. This saved me looking around. Very happy with everything - will surely rent from them again.
