I had no idea Metro Kia of Madison had a FB page until i had a bad experience with your service dept. Unfortunate for me because your service dept quoted the wrong price and after paying twice (with 2 checks) I was called a week after services and told I owe yet another $122.00. All this even after I twice asked the clerk if she was sure that the charges were right. Then I get the new bill sent to me with the wrong house number on it. I think your personal has a difficult time with numbers, adding, reading and distinguishing... read more
