Clean and welcoming environment. Staff is very personable and outgoing. They are really good at answering questions and easing anxiety for first timers. Only thing I think there should be an improvement on is the lack of privacy. Everyone is in an open room. I feel as if having something as simple as curtains up would make it a bit better for patients. Especially if you're there for over an hour and you want to catch a snooze or eat a snack without someone looking at you :)
