Ok sign a contract, salesperson at display homes Mount, promised multiple things that would be going into the area, like barbeque area, kids playground this and that and after three years nothing has been done, the area is just a mess, non of the verges or recreational areas have been completed, huge disappointment, look around their areas before you sign

Overall, our experience with Metro Homes SA was mixed. The positives: Our sales representative (who has since left the company) was fantastic. The process from contract signing through to the start of construction was smooth. We were able to do our own electrical work, which saved a significant amount of money. The negatives: Communication was poor throughout the build. We constantly had to chase updates, and without our follow-ups the project would likely have been delayed. Our experience so far with Metro homes has been nothing short of excellent. Starting with our sales agent James DeBoo. James was helpful beyond helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and a great communicator. The purchase of our land thru to handover to the build team was not to be faulted.
