Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted this builder in November regarding an issue that should have been addressed under the Defects Liability Period (DLP). I was assured the matter would be followed up, as the staff member previously handling it had left, and that I would receive a call back. No one ever contacted me. After months of waiting and attempting to resolve this directly, I have now been left with no choice but to lodge the matter with the Ombudsman. Metro Homes SA exceeded our expectations. Dimitri ,building manager was great and we wouldn't have done this without Dimitri.The project was completed on time without compromising quality This was our first time building, and the process was smooth and easy. Worst experience with Metro Homes sales department. Over the past three weeks, I’ve made 3–4 calls requesting a quote for a construction home. Each time, the team took down my phone number and email address and even assured me during the last call that my request would be treated as “urgent.” Despite that, I never received a single follow-up call or email.
