Worst builder I have ever seen. Sites are unclean, no safety protocols in place. Constant yelling and screaming from the tradies in all hours of morning. Called a few times to discuss with site supervisor or manager with no calll backs or acknowledgment of concerns. Zero care for safety and others and the rubbish they leave around is discussing. I would stay away from them as far as possible.
Super happy with our whole experience with Metro. From our first meeting with the amazing Heather Liddell, a fantastic lady who explained, helped and supported us through it all. Being first home builders we had a lot of questions and the communication with her was informative and always helpful. Our build was fairly smooth and only really delays with weather. Edit Still ongoing thing after thing with this poor company. I will never choose metro homes again. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I understand our property has to have a same frontage colour scheme. But now im being told they are changing my selections in my back yard to suit their scheme of things im paying extra to have fitted! Metro Homes has been great to build with, making the entire process as stress free as possible. I was able to trust them to get the job done, and done right. I have since received my keys and couldn't be happier. Mark Bremner was especially helpful with handover and final fixes before final inspection. He really helped bring our house along to a great state before we inspected it, and got us in within a week of PCI.
