Steve did a phenomenal job. He found out from my seller that the water in my building was going to be shut off for plumbing work, and so he went to the property earlier than scheduled to complete the inspection to the fullest extent. He sent me my inspection report same day with the utmost clarification. I would recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for a thorough and complete job with no issues!!
Steve with Metro Home Inspections is absolutely fantastic! He is incredibly friendly, extremely thorough, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Highly professional, and deeply experienced with every inch of the home, he caught things we never would have noticed. I highly recommend him for any Colorado property, city, suburb, country, or mountain.
Steve did an amazing job there was nothing he didn't find. You want the real deal it right here with Steve.
Steve Nadeau is a great home inspector. He isn't one to blow a deal up because of the inspection. He will let you know when there are health and safety issues, but will also let you know if something is not a big deal. He is very reliable and a great person to do business with!
