The doctor made me fill out my own annual physical form. They have no mental health availability. HIV care is a completely separate department requiring separate paperwork. I asked for services for a disability and they still haven’t followed up. I called to schedule an appointment while sick and they refused to schedule me because they said I violated their no show policy. When I told them I only missed one appointment, they said sorry we can’t see you anymore. What a joke.
I was discriminated against bc I'm a gay white male. The staff is extremely raciest. Unfriendly &: not understanding at all I was mocked ridiculed and talked to like I was human waste
