Best place to deal with. All very helpful staff very friendly and they weren't over bearing in trying to force a sale. The staff worked hard to make sure the bike I purchased was the perfect fit for me. Excellent service staff very knowledgeable and prompt on servicing my bike. I will only buy from here in the future and recommend them to all my peers

Im on my 2nd bike from metro bought 1 from homie and one from chino and enjoyed both experiences. Everytime im in they treat you like family. There parts department employees are great and extremely knowledgeable and are always good about figureing out your wants and needs to figure out what part will work best for you and your bike
A great bunch of people who are customer focused. They want their customers to be happy. It's simple and more businesses could learn a thing or two. Let's face it, If the customer is happy it's good for business.
