Best Service – Easy to do business with - the service person we work with Art is always on time, very personable and knowledgeble!
Great Service! – We have used Metro Guard for the past 20 years as our pest control service. Their service representatives have always been prompt, polite and very careful of our home. On two occasions, in different homes, we experienced termites and they were eliminated. We have used their annual service of four visitas per year. They are always more than willing to return if the problem is not taken care of on their first visit. I would highly reccomend using their services.
Couteous & responsive service to rid you of pest problems – We have been using Metro Guard for several years now and we are very happy with their service and price. Mark Johnson is a friendly courteous and informed service person that doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond to explain and resolve problems that occur when he arrives at our house, inside or out. We have been using their annual service and they will return and retreat any time we feel like their might be a problem.
Can't reschedule??? Unreal – I have been a loyal Metro Guard customer for over 7 years so this comes as a big shock to me. As everyone knows, your schedule changes due to kids and work, but Metro Guard does not care. I called to reschedule my appointment and they told me no. They lost a customer and I will make sure that those around me know how awful they are when trying to accommodate changing schedules.

After calling the day of the appointment to cancel and reschedule many different times we had to make a judgment call. We regret losing any customer, but it cost us time and money each time she cancelled. We had no choice but to politely move on.
Get rid of your unwanted creepy crawlers – Super company for dealing with these type problems....great people--especially Mark Johnson whom I have had the pleasure of working with for over 15 yrs. Prompt service at a reseasonable price.
Free from insects - it is easy – Metro Guard is professional and easy to work with. They are flexible with your appointment needs as well as quick to respond. No hassle bug free is the success story here! Mark is our technician and he is quick, thorough and very pleasant. Thank you.
Discourteous and Unprofessional – We were using Metro Guard exclusively at one point. They do offer a reminder service, but they call your home phone, work phone, wife's phone, etc. repeatedly until you tell them yes or HECK NO! This time it wasn't "yes". I was so irritated at the repeated calls, that I asked to be removed from their customer list. The guy from their reminder service thought that since he couldn't get a "yes" from his reminder call, he'd pester my wife for my work/cell number. He was pretty aggressive and ru... read more
