No bugs here... Metro Guard was recommended to me by a coworker and for the last 5 years they've been nothing but professional, prompt, and thorough. Mark, our technician, is very attentive to our household needs and has always been very courteous. The staff calls every 3 months to remind us and schedule appointments that are flexible (including Saturday appointments) and always keeps the customer first. Great Service! We have used Metro Guard for the past 20 years as our pest control service. Their service representatives have always been prompt, polite and very careful of our home. On two occasions, in different homes, we experienced termites and they were eliminated. We have used their annual service of four visits per year. They are always more than willing to return if the problem is not taken care of on their first visit. I would highly recommend using their services!
Pest Control Metro Guard is very knowledgeable and friendly. They know their pests and have advised me on how to prevent infestations of fleas and other pests. They have worked with me on rescheduling also. I am so bad at keeping appointments and their office staff is always friendly.!!! The pricing is reasonable as well.
No more creepy crawlers Excellent company for getting rid of your creepy crawlers...have used them for 16 years and their personnel (especially Mark Johnson #569211) have always been prompt and courteous. Bugs hate this company!!
Service Review We have been on a quarterly plan with Metro Guard for about 5 years now. They call to schedule an appointment, show up when they are scheduled to be here and are professional. We have one technician (Jeff) that we like and ask for -- he always remembers what he has done in the past and is careful with applications both inside and outside. Jeff always asks if there have been any changes, if we have seen anything unusual, if any previous pests have been noticed, etc. All around we consider this company to be top... read more

RecommendedI love how polite the guys have always been. Today they went above and beyond and knocked down 7 wasp nest for me. I haven't seen any bugs inside since I've started with them over a year ago.
