The after-sales service has been very disappointing, and communication has been poor throughout the process. It’s been difficult to get clear answers or timely responses, which makes the overall experience frustrating. I expected much better support after the purchase.
Edit:03/31/2204 dealer agreed to order and let me know when parts arrive. Once again a shady dealership. Selling parts online that say is in stock but not.
In February of 2021 I purchased Scotty Jack golf cart for $5900.00 from Metro Golf Cart. I purchased the golf cart because I am severely handicapped and I needed the cart for my mobility around my neighborhood. In May of 2025 the lithium went bad. I called Metro for Service and was immediately told that there are no parts available for my cart. I had the cart picked up anyway hoping it was something minor that did not require any parts.
