In February of 2021 I purchased Scotty Jack golf cart for $5900.00 from Metro Golf Cart. I purchased the golf cart because I am severely handicapped and I needed the cart for my mobility around my neighborhood. In May of 2025 the lithium went bad. I called Metro for Service and was immediately told that there are no parts available for my cart. I had the cart picked up anyway hoping it was something minor that did not require any parts. I lost the last key to my Club Car golf cart and called Metro Golf Cars for help. The gentleman in the parts department was incredibly helpful—he told me to come by and bring a picture of the ignition or the key if I could find one. I brought in a photo, and within just a couple of minutes of walking in, I was taken care of and heading back out the door. I wish I had caught his name, but I truly appreciate the courteous and efficient service. Very helpful and professional!
