Metro Golf Carts is awesome. My part was damaged by the shipping Company, Derrick shipped out a new one right away. Great communication, fast shipping. Highly recommend. Thank you, Gary Lindsay
I do not recommend doing business with this company. They sent me the wrong golf cart part, and I have emailed them three separate times requesting a return. They have completely ignored every email. Their website clearly states that returns are accepted, but a return policy is meaningless if customer service refuses to respond. It’s extremely frustrating. If you value customer service and a company that stands behind its products, I would look elsewhere.
The after-sales service has been very disappointing, and communication has been poor throughout the process. It’s been difficult to get clear answers or timely responses, which makes the overall experience frustrating. I expected much better support after the purchase.
Edit:03/31/2204 dealer agreed to order and let me know when parts arrive. Once again a shady dealership. Selling parts online that say is in stock but not.
