We had a broken spring in April, easy enough. We looked to Metro Garage Door Co. to fix this based on them previously servicing our garage door with the previous owners. While finishing the work, they asked if we wanted to pay an extra $41 for a tune-up. Very disappointed in Metro Garage Door service. I called and made an appt a week earlier and when Matt showed up late to give me an estimate I didn’t even get an apology. What I got when I said your late was I have appts every hour. my time is just as valuable and when I brought that to his attention, he said we are done end of conversation.
