Set up an appointment online with twin City garage doors on Saturday 9/20/2025 to set up an appointment to get my garage door replaced. At 1230 pm Saturday 9/20/2025 received an email from them setting up my appointment for 9/22/2025 Monday between 7am and 10am. No one showed up for this appointment or called to say they couldn't make it. I called them at 10am and they used the excuse that Mondays were busy and they missed it. TCGD replaced two garage doors for me. they were thoroughly professional and capable from quote to installation, and the price was completely fair. i felt my questions and concerns were well addressed and handled, and could hardly be happier with the new doors. i'd absolutely recommend this company.
I shopped around to about a half dozen companies from Valpak, Home Depot and BBB accredited and this company was the most honest in pricing so I went with them. They came when they said they would and the installer was professional, efficient and went above and beyond. Best service at the best price! Would definitely recommend and use again. It is SO nice to have my garage door working just in time for winter!!
