I have been using Reliable Garage Door since 2015. They are always on time, charge reasonable rates & their technicians are professional. I needed a broken spring replaced last week & Chad, the technician, was great! Highly recommend them!
1-2026 3rd time I’ve used Reliable Garage door. New spring installed today I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay in CS (pm call) on setting up the appointment. WOW, what a wonderful positive attitude person to represent the company! Next, Chad the technician left no doubt on his skills or the choice to hire them. Geno was the service tech & he did an amazing job! Very thorough in his evaluation of my garage door & opener. I'm very pleased with the level of his professionalism!
I fixed garage door but it accused again but when I contacted the company he said it will recall. He came same date and fixed right way. I am highly recommended. Trust, fast service and very affordable price.
Called for a service request and they came out on the same day and even earlier than they originally estimated. Work was done promptly and explained thoroughly to me. After they left I noticed another issue and they sent the same tech back to look at it and he fixed it no problem. Very friendly - highly recommend.
