Had them out to fix my busted garage door. Needed new springs, cables, and a track was bent. They did a great job at a great price! My tech Grant S. Was phenomenal, very thorough and did an excellent job explaining everything! Would 1000% recommend them for your garage door needs!

We needed to replace the torsion spring for my garage door and Gerald from Reliable Garage Door did a good job to replace the broken spring. He recommended to replace the rollers after inspection. He showed me that the garage door opener was installed off center and that put more stress on the opener. He did a tuneup and fixed all of that and made sure the garage operates smoothly. I am happy with the service and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend Reliable Garage Door.

I'm working as a property manager at a brand new house. We had an issue shortly after the garage door was installed that it was randomly opening on its own. Not good as that's a major safety issue. Called the company and they said the soonest they could get us in was 2 weeks later. I was disappointed in this as I stressed how critical it is that the door stays closed overnight but all they told me was that it was the busy season and they would put me on the cancellation list and two weeks was the best they could do.
