Reliable Garage Door - and specifically Gerald - the technician who serviced my garage door - did just excellent work, very promptly and at a fair price. Gerald is a true pro who went the extra mile to make sure that my older garage door was repaired, oiled, measured perfectly, and operated better than in any time I have owned this house. Reliable is the real deal! Both the scheduler (Lindsay) and the tech (Gerald) were top notch. I had made an appointment for a week out or so, but they called me several days early indicating they had an opening. Love that proactive customer service! Another "surprise and delight" situation with Reliable Garage Door! They sent AJ out to look at my garage door, which had become misaligned. He quickly confirmed that the rails were out of kilter and the edge of the door was scraping against the trim. Our garage door broke last night and needed fixing, and all within a day I called in the morning and they had someone come out this afternoon, address the problem, clearly explain what was wrong, give a quote that was reasonable for the work being done, and complete it all so thoroughly and well.
