Everything was first rate. The lady answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. She got me a service appointment right away. The service rep, Aaron, explained everything, price options and how long it would take. He was super nice and very efficient. Thanks!

Our service person couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. He had to replace the large spring and he did so in less than an hour. I should also say that he was able to come less than 24 hours after we called reporting that the spring had snapped earlier in the day (with a loud bang!)
They did a fine job repairing a broken spring on my garage. Then the tech took measurements for 2 garage doors to replace. I have never heard back with a quote or a follow up. I waited because I planned to use them, instead I have to start over with another business.They wasted my time and theirs. I also think it's terrible that they leave their van running in order to get the iPad to work. The exhaust fumes filled the garage. Bad for the workers, homeowners and environment.
We’ve been using reliable garage door for years as has our homeowners association. They certainly picked the correct name for their company, they are extremely reliable. They are very punctual and extremely friendly. Ian was our last technician and I can’t say enough about his work ethic and Abilities. Thank you reliable.
