Great experience all around. Customer service was awesome - they were able to move my appt to fix a broken spring up a day when some time opened up. Gerald was a great tech. Will call again if I need something in the future.
Reliable Garage Door is the gold standard for customer service. When we had our garage door installed years ago we didn't realize we needed a whole new garage door. I have been a Reliable Garage Door customer for several years and have always had an excellent experience. Their technicians Chad and Ian have been thorough, courteous and explained everything they were doing. I will never hesitate to use them whenever I have a garage door issue.
I was very pleased with my experience with Reliable. They sent someone out to assess the garage door, listened to what I wanted without trying to up sale, and in the end charged less than what they quoted. Definitely would recommend.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the first call to schedule an appointment to making sure the door was working perfectly! My door started sounding like a screaming banshee and Aaron came out the next day and walked through a few options to fix it. He was amazing and had it running like brand new in 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough!
