Excellent service by these folks! We had a main spring installed by Chad M. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and made us comfortable with choosing Reliable Garage Door. We used them previously at another home many years ago and it was nice to see they were still the good company that they were in the past.
This company is absolutely amazing in every way. I have used them for about Fifteen years now and every time I have them out to my home I am more impressed with the quality of their service in every way. Today the tech that came out to my home was Chad. He was such a pleasure to work with explaining everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable about his work. Just had these guy's out. Service call for spring and cable malfunction. Covered under warranty. Fast service. Great communication. Absolutely no hassle. 5 + stars.
Our spring broke and Reliable came out Saturday to get us up and going. Tech was friendly did a great job. Fair pricing.
Chad was great! Communicated timing, very professional, detailed all of the work and made suggestions without being pushy also very respectful and courteous
