Off to a terrible start! Ordered a quote, paid in full within 30 minutes of Mark writing the quote. He advised that the install would be Friday of that week. Said I’d receive a call to schedule time and perhaps move it up since it was a “local” job and simple install. Today is Wednesday (job was ordered and paid Monday), never received a call to schedule the job so I called. Read Wesley's review and boy does it sound familiar. We also needed to have a garage door repaired or replaced. Called this company since they were the ones who had installed both garage doors. When I called, I made the mistake of not asking if there was a service charge. (Most companies nowadays seem to want your business so they do not do the charge or least have a plan to put it toward the repair cost). Great help from the staff to assit in purchasing a set of torsion springs to replace one broken spring and the other aging one. Gavin gave me some great tips on technique for removal and replacement of the springs. They even let me borrow the torsion spring winding bar tools to do the job safely. it's good to be able to spend my money locally and get this kind of service when there is so much temptation to buy things online.
