I scheduled a spring repair for my garage door and they stiffed the repair date. When I called them back, they said I was wrong on the scheduling. They then scheduled another date the following day and they never showed up. Their receptionist accused me of lying about the scheduled dates. Very disreputable business. I scheduled my repair with Nabors Garage Door Service.
Metro installed a Garage door and opener on my Garage 12 x12 I must say they done a Awesome job in Woodland Alabama. Thanks very Happy with door and the service. You have a bunch of great employees.

My experience with Metro was exceptional. So friendly and professional. The office staff were responsive to my questions and a joy to talk to. The technician (Brandon) went above and beyond to show me all the features, programmed my car to work with the door, and even provided me of the do’ and dont’s. Top Notch! Wish every company was run like this!
