Just canceled my wife and I’s car wash subscription. Twice the workers did not tape down our windshield wipers and now they’re broken. When I went in to ask them to fix it I was met by “Jose” the “manager” whom, with a big grin on his face happily said “we are not responsible”. We will not be getting our car serviced for oil changes and different services either. Workers are slow, manager was happy NOT to help me fix what the business he represents broke. 2 very well paying customers lost.
