Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
