Matt and his crew are true professionals. They explained the process, got to work and were very thorough and efficient. This cleaning pulled out debris that was in the ducts from the time this house was built! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
Metro did our ducts today and they were fantastic. We got a referral from our son who knows the owner Matt. Nick and Tyler showed up on the designated day and time. We asked about their approach and they explained how they would work with our 2 zones, operate the zone valves, and first clean all of the forced air lines, then the trunk lines and finally the air return lines. the house we bought was a rental for some years and i really wanted to get the ducts cleaned and sanitized! These guys were friendly, efficient and on time. They explained how they do things and how long it would take. They even showed us the end result of what was in there, so gross and so glad i got it done. I will definitely be calling in the future to maintain the system

They did a great job on our new (to us) house. When they cleaned our dryer vent they found it was very full of lint. Thankful they did it as it could start a fire. Nice work guys! Thanks!
Had our ducts cleaned by these guys today and I'm pretty impressed. They are super courteous, knowledgeable and quick. We have been in our home for 2 years now, it's a 20 year old house and I'm pretty sure it had never been done before us. Hubby has bad allergies and I'm confident we'll both be breathing cleaner air in our home now.
