We tried to go to Maple Street Biscuit Company but the line was out the door.

Fish & chips were great. More food than I could eat in one sitting. Ate leftovers the next day for lunch. Server was nice and attentive. Food was served in a matter of a few minutes.

We were at the Baymeadows location late on a Saturday morning. Everyone in town must have slept late, so they were lined up with a half-hour wait at about 11:30 am. The Metro staff was amazing. There were at least 9 cooks behind the counter, and probably about 20 servers, busboys, and other staff. Everybody was busy working as a team, and not one was standing around with nothing to do. I was at the Julington creek location,the food is always excellent. I tried the Chicken and waffles for the first time ever . I loved it especially the suggestion from our server to mix syrup with Louisiana hot sauce to dip my waffle in. Wow a new favorite.
