I came here with my four year old for a filling because our regular dentist who we love at a different dental clinic didn't have the laughing gas for kids for my daughters one cavity that needed a filling which he states the cavity wasn't too bad . So i searched somewhere else that could accept my insurance and came across metro dental care pediatrics in burnsville. I was a patient there for 5 years and I credit the dental hygienist Lisa for saving my teeth. The past 8 months I've had to reschedule my appointment twice because of office errors. I had my second rescheduled appointment double booked therefore cancelled. Even though I have email and text messages confirming the appointment the receptionist refuses to believe me. When I call the office I never get an answer. When the receptionist calls back I get a condescending tone. Despite having a great dental hygienist I've had t... read more
