I am so beyond angry right now. I am completely appalled that you would turn away a patient with a cracked or missing filling due to an almost 10 year old bill - even after offering to make good on it and pay it. I went for an appointment on Friday, checked in and sat in the reception area for half an hour before someone told me my hygienist was out sick. I had to rechedule for the next day. Grrr... why didn’t someone notify me before I got in my car? Receptionists need more training.
I have extreme anxiety for dentistry. 'Painless Pete' is incredibly understanding and kind. He talked me through and I cannot explain how it alleviated my stress.
