Dr. Tiev spends time with each patient and makes sure you understand the procedures necessary. Her exams are thorough and gentle.
Dr. Horsch was warm, welcoming, communicative, and flexible. He was sensitive toward my insecurities, HSA budget, etc. I ended up switching my sons to his office, as well. Just about as good of an experience as can be imagined, at a dentist, that is.
I've been seeing Dr KOHLSAAT for many years He treated me very well. Always concerned about my teeth. He knew how important it was to me and he took it serious. He is a great Dentist! As I stated, I've been seeing him for 20 years. I love going to see him! He has a great sense of humor and professionalism.
Dr. Kohlsaat was kind, compassionate, and generous in all of my experience with him. He WANTED to solve the problem of my bottom center missing tooth (I could not afford an implant). My teeth have needed a LOT of work due to my genetics. He is literally the first dentist who made me unafraid of dental work. I am in my early 70's, so that's saying something! He retired, last week, and I will miss him, but will remain in this wonderful clinic...
Horrible experience. My 8 yr old needed work done and we were referred to her as the "pediatric dentist" at the clinic. After his first treatment, where he had a tooth extracted, he became incredibly fearful of further treatment. He then was a difficult patient, which made treatment difficult. During our third visit, she fired us mid-treatment, referring us to a different clinic and wrote us a prescription for an antibiotic. We had no idea that this was a possible next step.
