The worst experience ever, that doesn't deserve one star !!! An appointment for a "free" consult was made, AFTER being seen I was told there was a separate fee ($56) for the exam which included me opening my mouth for all of 4 seconds. Despite the fact I already had my own x-rays and I was specific with what I wanted, which was a consult (advice, information and/or guidance) I was still expected to pay an uninformed, outrageous & ridiculous fee $56.00.

Had some preliminary work done there and wanted to return to complete services but now based on the front desk/receptionist they do not take my insurance. Called to make the appointment, received a reminder call of my appointment. If there were any issues regarding my insurance then it should have been addressed when the appointment was made not upon arrival at the appointment. Disappointed that such a high level of ignorance and unprofessionalism allowed and tolerated at the front desk...none of it made any sense!!!

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Yes Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Not really Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Possibly

Yes Did the toothpaste used during your cleaning taste OK? Absolutely Does this provider treat their staff well? Extremely well Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes
