Rented apartment, moved in a few boxes , within one week had family emergency, talked to Sam, she accepted new tennents by the first. I was not even staying there yet, so no cleaning or carpet cleaning necessary. They did walk through and all was perfect. I just received my security deposit and carpet cleaning credit, only they took $250 for leasing fee and $89.31 for advertising cost. Total $365 I paid $380 for the week I had the keys. Rent . We were involved in a garage fire that burnt down about 30 units. Management has been ignoring our calls and letters. They are currently still charging us full rent even tho we are missing a garage. Oh and the best part is, is the person who started the fire works for them👍🏼
