Camera Repair – We sent in our Nikon to be fixed 6 weeks ago and we still don't have it back. The reason we sent our camera there was because they are an authorized repair shop. I wonder what they are authorized in? I called twice, my husband has called and we keep getting excuses. I am not happy at all.

Thank you Metro! – I've been a long time customer of Metro Camera. They have always tried to repair my camera in a timely manner and if there was delay's it was die to a parts delay. I have recommended them to all my friends and I will continue. Thank you Metro for always taking care of my camera needs.

Not unless under new ownership – What awful management. Each time I have been in there 'Holly' has done nothing but run her mouth with excuses as to why my camera isn't fixed yet, why parts are taking EXCEPTIONALLY longer than promised, etas kept changing and changing and changing! Finally got my camera back and when it crapped out again, I called in with my problem and was told it was unrelated. 2 DAYS LATER? Thanks so much – So helpful! Omg! Saved a 1st times from putting an attachment on camera lense that wouldn't come off. It could have been very costly but they were determined to get it off! Thank you so much.
