I had them give me an estimate last spring..but ran out of time. Called when I returned to Florida and was told to talk with the salesperson I met with. She couldn't find the time to call me back. Spoke with the manager, because I did think he was pleasant and he gave my name to another salesperson to call back right away and would be taken care of quickly. She took 5 days before she sent me an email and told me it would be at least another week before she could come out. Sad. Thankfully found another company with real custo... read more
Fantastic !!! Metro Blinds (AAA Vertical) helped me install blinds in a few homes over the past 18 years so it was natural for me to call them when I needed a Cornice for my picture window. Christine helped me figure out a style that is perfect; the craftsmanship is absolutely perfect; Romney, from Princess Draperies, set up my installation appointment for Greg to come & install....what a professional, friendly & talented man. From beginning to end, everything was professional and handled with pride.
